PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We accept Paypal and all major credit cards through Paypal.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
We happily combine shipping for multiple purchases made within five days of each other. Please let us know if you would like to combine your purchases, and we will simply add $.50 per item for shipping and handling.
Shipping is calculated on a flat postage rate, as our gift to you we cover packaging and handling costs.
Please Note: Once your purchase has been dispatched into the postal service we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.
RETURNS
We pride ourselves on providing impeccable customer service and every endeavour is made to accurately describe our exquisite crystals. All crystal purchases are cleansed, and carefully packed in sturdy boxes. Please note that we personally inspect each crystal before shipping to insure quality. Any item showing damage or visible wear from customer will not be accepted for return.
In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we ask that you please notify us by email at admin@crystalpeaceglimmers.org
It is very important that you email us if you intend to return your item, in which case the item must be returned in original box(es) in its orginal condition. All returns are shipped at the customers risk, and must be within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Please Note: We are not responsible for return items lost in mail. For peace of mind we recommend that you insure your package and have a tracking number assigned.
